If you could have dinner with any alive or past figure who would it be and why?
The one person I would love to have dinner with is my beloved Dad, he was such a wonderful man, who always supported me and gave me encouragement when I needed it. I would love to be able to show him all I have achieved, my career, my family and my values. I know he would be proud.
What’s your favourite working day you’ve had?
I have to say my most favourite working day would be from the days when I used to care for and train racehorses (back in my younger days). I won the best turned out horse (the most well presented) and the horse came in 2nd place in a tough race that day.
Name three things you couldn’t live without?
This one is easy, My children, husband and our dog. As a family we take part in so many fun activities together, we are all part of our local Newquay Surf life saving club. My husband is a coach, I am a safeguarding volunteer and my children love competing and training with such an amazing team. Our house is filled with love and adventure, walking our family dog, swimming, tennis, camping, music and so much more.
